Provides dispatch services and communications support for law enforcement, emergency service providers, DNR, and other municipal entities within Manitowoc County.

Provides dispatch services through the operation of radios, telephones, computers and other communications equipment.

Answers all telephone lines coming into the Joint Dispatch Center. Gathers information from callers, analyzes the situation, and dispatches appropriate service providers.

Provides emergency medical dispatch services.
A high school diploma and whatever combination of additional education and work experience provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
