Responsibilities: | Safety & security of the jail, process inmates, court appearances, answer 911 calls, dispatch emergent & non emergent calls for law-fire-ems, CAD system, and any other duties as assigned. |

Qualifications: | U.S. citizen; Driver license; Good driving record; Good physical condition; High school diploma; No felony convictions; No domestic abuse convictions; Vision correctable to 20/20; Good verbal and written communication skills; React quickly and effectively to stressful situations; Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ability to keyboard/type words per minute - 20; Knowledge and skills in operating computer systems; Clear and concise speech; Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously; Ability to perform essential functions of this position; Ability to use all standard law enforcement equipment; Ability to give credible testimony in court |
