Responsibilities:
Public safety answering point for 911 emergency and administrative calls to the police department. Responsible for dispatching Police, Fire and EMS to various incidents throughout the city. Operates radio, teletype and ProPhoenix CAD/RMS system to facilitate up-to-date and timely records.

Qualifications:
- U.S. citizen
- No felony convictions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- React quickly and effectively to stressful situations
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge and skills in operating computer systems
- Clear and concise speech
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Ability to perform essential functions of this position
