Reason for Announcement:
Responsibilities:
As a function of the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department this positions primary responsibility involves obtaining information from citizens and other agencies via the Enhanced 911 system, administrative phone lines and radio, routing that information to the appropriate destination; processing of arrest warrants. It is the mission of the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Communication Center that employees through a professional attitude they will ensure prompt efficient and courteous assistance by receiving and processing emergency calls and requests for public safety services. This position requires a working 12hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. This position works under the direct supervision of the Communications Captain and Communications Supervisor.
