Qualifications: U.S. citizen; High school diploma; Previous experience; React quickly and effectively to stressful situations; Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge and skills in operating computer systems; Clear and concise speech; Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously; Ability to perform essential functions of this position; City of Delavan Police Department uses the Pro Phoenix record keeping system. Experience in this area is desired.

Responsibilities: The Telecommunicators work in the 911 center and receive emergency calls, obtain information, dispatch emergency and non-emergency service providers, and monitor alarm systems.
Salary: $19.29 per hour
