Sue & Jim Hodges - Sue works for Dane County 911 and has been a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach for 35 years. Jim is recently retired after 30 years as a Dane County Deputy Sheriff. They have been married for 23 years, raised 4 kids, and grandparents to 3 grandsons. When they are not on their motorcycle, they can be found at home with a dog or two never far from their feet.
Dr. Heidi Sigmund, PSY.D. is a clinical psychologist who has treated veterans and public safety professionals with PTSD for more than 20 years. She has specialized in the treatment of trauma throughout her training and career and received her doctorate from NOVA Southeastern University. Dr. Sigmund completed her predoctoral internship at the Miami, FL VA Hospital, and her postdoctoral fellowship at the UW Hospital & Clinics and Madison. Dr. Sigmund is currently in private practice in Madison.
